Dockage & Boatyard Information
For current dockage, storage, haul-out, and service availability, use the docking request form or contact the marina office. All dockage and yard use is subject to marina availability, posted safety signs, and management confirmation.
Marina Policy
Marina & Boatyard Rules
Our goal is a safe, professional, welcoming marina and boatyard, especially for vessels staging for the Delaware Bay.
- Check-In & Access
- All vessels and work crews must check in. Assignments are at management discretion. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM-7:00 AM.
- General Safety
- No open flames while fueling. Fire extinguishers required. Children under 12 wear PFDs. No swimming. Keep walkways clear.
- Storm Hold Policy
- During unsafe Delaware Bay conditions, vessels may remain docked under Storm Hold as announced by staff/Captain's Call.
- Power, Water & Fuel
- Marine-rated cords only. Report hot cords or burning smells. Follow fueling procedures. No fuel storage on docks.
- Ladder Safety
- Use stable, rated ladders. Secure ladders to the boat topsides when in use, maintain three points of contact, and do not use damaged ladders or ladders in high winds.
- Electrical Safety
- Connections must be dry and fully seated. No household cords. Do not overload circuits. Report any shock or tingle immediately.
- Boats on the Hard - Shore Power
- Vessels on the hard shall not remain plugged into shore power during hull work, electrical work, washing, or hot work. Exceptions require staff approval and verified de-energization for the work area.
- Hot Work
- Welding, cutting, and grinding require marina approval and a fire watch. Power must be disconnected at the pedestal unless specifically authorized.
- Liveaboard Policy
- No liveaboards. Overnight stays are limited to 12 days in any rolling 30-day period unless approved in writing by management.
- Environmental
- No discharge of sewage, oil, paint, or waste. Contain debris. Report spills immediately.
- Yard Work
- Work in assigned areas only. No sanding, grinding, or painting without approval and containment.
- Travel Lift & Equipment
- Only marina staff operate equipment. Stay clear of lift paths. Never stand under suspended loads.
- Vehicles & Parking
- Designated parking only. 5 mph speed limit. Return marina carts promptly.
- Posted Safety Signs
- All guests and contractors must comply with posted supplemental safety signs and instructions throughout the marina and boatyard.
- Liability & Insurance
- Owners are responsible for mooring. Marina is not liable for acts of God. Proof of insurance may be required.
- Compliance
- Violations may result in loss of privileges or removal. Policies are subject to change.
